From the DHS website that Kos links to: “Congress agreed with this approach and provided funding for the office to initiate operation in the fall of 2007. Intelligence and Appropriations oversight committees have been briefed and approved the reprogramming.”
I consider myself liberal but sometimes they take things way out of context.

Best Ways to Sleep In Class
Monday, September 10th, 2007Here are a few tips for people that are bored of being on the laptop in class and want to sleep. I know you should learn and blah blah blah but sometimes after a long night of doing assignments you need a good nap in class. Well first, you need to find a pillow. A few ideas for a pillow would be a sweater, a bag, a shirt, or the best pillow replacement is your winter jacket. Now that your all comfortable you need a head position. I prefer sleeping on the side and covering my head a bit with the jacket or sweater. If I dont have a pillow I just simply make a placeholder with my hands. I hope you enjoyed this pointless lesson!

Cancun which I am sure is a wonderful place has been hit and many other places. They say winds are at 135mph which isnt a small hurricane it can really do some damage and hurt the tourism as I am sure many people canceled their trips!.
Teenage Girl Rushed to Hospital because of Coffee
Tuesday, August 14th, 2007A crazy girl who doesnt know how to handle herself managed to get herself ill from drinking 6-7 double espressos. She was a worker at a coffee shop who decided she needed a boost, so she downed them all within 4 hours. She fell on the floor and started hyperventilating and couldnt breathe well. I guess she wont be drinking coffee for a while, this should teach her a lesson. Well, atleast she is okay now! I hope she doesnt do the same thing with liqueur, because in her case she would go for the strong stuff, probably the 151 proof!
